증도가자의 보물 지정이 장기간 표류하고 있다는 소식, 앞서 전해 드렸는데요.
국정감사에서 국가유산청장이 기존 조사 참여자를 배제하고, 신청된 활자 101점을 다시 조사하겠다는 뜻을 밝혔습니다.

증도가자를 둘러싼 심의 문제가 다시 국정감사 도마에 올랐습니다.

참고인으로 출석한 남권희 경북대 명예교수는 과거 보물 지정 부결의 근거를 반박했습니다.
먹에서 오래된 연대가 측정되더라도, 먹의 재료가 된 나무의 연대와 활자의 제작 시기는 구분해야 한다는 설명입니다.
활자 형태가 여러 종류라는 점 역시 서체의 변화 과정과 함께 검토해야 한다고 주장했습니다.

- "활자를 보는데 형태만 보는 것이 아니고 그 글자의 서체도 봐야 합니다."
재조사의 공정성과 조사 범위도 논쟁이었습니다.
기존 조사에 참여한 위원뿐 아니라 전문위원까지 배제하고, 감사원 권고 취지에 따라 재조사가 이뤄져야 한다는 겁니다.

조계원 의원은 새로운 활자를 공모하기보다 기존 신청 활자를 먼저 조사해야 한다고도 촉구했습니다.

- "101자에 대한 철저한 검증은 사실 됐는데, 그럼에도 불구하고 그 문화재 위원회에서 심사하면서 평가를 이상하게 했죠."
재조사 약속이 나온 만큼, 이제는 누가 무엇을 검증하고 언제까지 결론을 낼지 구체적인 계획이 필요합니다.
진위를 둘러싼 논란을 해소할 엄정한 검증과 신속한 판단이 국가유산청의 과제로 남았습니다.

此前我们曾报道，证道歌字的宝物指定工作长期陷入停滞。
在国政监查中，国家遗产厅厅长表示，将排除曾参与原有调查的人员，并对已提交申请的101件活字重新开展调查。

围绕关键资料遗漏的争议，以及通过公开征集新增活字、导致最终结论迟迟无法作出的批评，使证道歌字的审议问题再次成为国政监查的焦点。

“看来还需要进行更加深入的重新调查。”
以证人身份出席的庆北大学名誉教授南权熙，反驳了此前否决宝物指定申请所依据的理由。
他解释说，即使从墨迹中测出的年代十分久远，也必须区分制墨原料木材的年代与活字本身的制作年代。
他还主张，活字存在多种形态这一点，也应结合字体的演变过程一并考察。

“鉴定活字时，不能只看它的形态，还必须考察文字本身的字体。”
重新调查的公正性及调查范围同样成为争论焦点。
议员们提出，不仅要排除曾参与原有调查的委员，还应排除相关专业委员，并按照审计院建议的精神开展重新调查。

赵启元议员还敦促国家遗产厅，与其公开征集新的活字，不如优先调查此前已经提交申请的活字。

“事实上，针对这101件活字已经开展了全面核查，但即便如此，文化财委员会在审查过程中仍作出了有失妥当的评价。”
既然已经承诺重新调查，接下来就需要制定具体方案，明确由谁负责核查、核查哪些内容，以及最迟何时得出结论。
如何通过严格鉴定消除围绕证道歌字真伪的争议，并尽快作出判断，仍是国家遗产厅面临的任务。

During the parliamentary audit, the head of the National Heritage Administration announced his intention to re-examine the 101 submitted typefaces, excluding participants from the previous investigation.

From controversies over the omission of key data to criticism that the method of soliciting new typefaces delays the conclusion,
the deliberation issues surrounding *Jeungdogaja* have once again come under scrutiny during the parliamentary audit.

- "I think we need to conduct a more in-depth re-investigation." Nam Kwon-
hee, an emeritus professor at Kyungpook National University who appeared as a witness, refuted the grounds for the previous rejection of the treasure designation.
He explained that even if the ink is dated to an ancient age, the age of the wood used to make the ink and the production date of the typefaces must be distinguished.
He also argued that the fact that there are various types of typefaces must be examined in conjunction with the evolutionary process of the typefaces.

- "When examining typefaces, one must not only look at the form but also the typeface of the characters."
The fairness and scope of the re-investigation were also subjects of debate. The argument
is that the re-investigation must be conducted in accordance with the intent of the Board of Audit and Inspection's recommendations, excluding not only the committee members who participated in the previous investigation but also the expert committee members.

Representative Cho Gye-won also urged that the typefaces submitted previously should be investigated first, rather than holding a contest for new typefaces.

- "Thorough verification of the 101 characters was actually carried out, but nevertheless, the Cultural Heritage Committee conducted a strange evaluation during the review process."
Now that a promise for a re-investigation has been made, a concrete plan is needed regarding who will verify what and by when a conclusion will be reached.
Rigorous verification and swift judgment to resolve the controversy surrounding authenticity remain the tasks of the National Heritage Administration.
